Julie Dittberner is an executive Human Resources professional with over 25 years experience, 6 of which she held the most senior HR position within the company. She is a strategic leader with strong business acumen.

Her education includes an MBA (mini) from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a minor in Psychology from the University of Minnesota.

Throughout her career, she has been an Officer of a company, served on a Board of Directors, and has been an Executive Coach. Dittberner was selected by the Society of Human Resources Management to be a U.S. Ambassador for Global Human Resources Executive Leadership. In addition, she is a featured speaker and instructor on Authentic Leadership.
